Moments and American Male uses a company called RatePoint to gather our customer reviews. 

There are literally hundreds of sites on the internet where people can write reviews about their favorite restaurants, salons, dry cleaners, etc...  The problem is that these sites are usually spiked with glowing reviews written by the owner of the business or scathing reviews written by their competitors (all done anonymously, of course!).  It's hard to know whether the reviews have any value at all. 

RatePoint takes an extra step in verifying that reviews are actually coming from clients of the business.  That's why we like them so much! 

We love hearing from our clients, especially when they say nice things about us (who doesn't like to be praised for a job well done.)  But it's also important for us to hear about the occasional slip up - and RatePoint actually gives us the opportunity to address or correct any issues that may have led to a less than wonderful experience.

So please, read our reviews - and write one yourself if you feel so inclined!
